International conference entitled “National, regional and local monitoring of drugs and drug addiction – challenges and achievements across Europe”

The Information Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction of the National Bureau for Drug Prevention along with the Masovian Centre for Social Policy in Warsaw and the Italian Focal Point and the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA) holds a conference entitled “National, regional and local monitoring of drugs and drug addiction – challenges and achievements across Europe”.
The conference will take place at Novotel Hotel in Warsaw on 19-20 March this year. It targets the Network of Provincial Drug Information Experts and representatives of communes participating in the local drug monitoring project.
Moreover, the meeting will be attended by officials of the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA) as well as partners from 10 European countries.
The conference aims at sharing information on monitoring drugs and drug addiction in Poland and Europe as well as tightening cooperation between the partners and discussing possible directions in development of drugs strategies.
