New amendments to Act of 29 July 2005 on counteracting drug addiction

On 25 August 2010 the Act of 10 June 2010 on the amendment of the Act on counteracting drug addiction comes into force
Under the Act more than a dozen substances composing legal highs, including synthetic cannabinoids, will be controlled:: CP47, 497; CP 47,497-C6-Homologue; CP 47,497-C8-Homologue; CP 47,497-C9-Homologue; HU-210; JWH-073; JWH-200; JWH-250; JWH-398 and mephedrone.
